Immanuel Coach
Trauma Informed Coach
"As your coach, my job is to support you in defining your goals, tackling challenges, and taking practical steps forward. I’ll listen, ask questions, and hold you accountable while believing in your ability to make the changes you want. We'll focus on moving ahead and making progress, rather than delving into past issues. However, if in our sessions, God highlights past events that need to be processed, or healed, we will address them head on. I also take into account your past and it's affects on your today. I’m here to maintain confidentiality and support your unique journey." ~Tennison Barry
Coaching Core Values
Relational Connection
We believe true growth happens in the context of connection—first with God, then with ourselves, and with others. Strong, authentic relationships are the foundation for lasting transformation.
Joy
Joy is the deep knowing that someone is glad to be with you no matter what; it’s a steady anchor in every season. We cultivate spaces where the “gladness” is felt and lived out of.
Authenticity
We value showing up as our true selves, without pretense. Authenticity invites honesty, vulnerability, and the freedom to be fully known and accepted.
Transformation
Change isn’t just possible—it’s the heart of what we do. We are committed to guiding individuals through meaningful, lasting transformation that reaches from the inside out.
Honesty
We foster an environment where truth is spoken with love. Honesty is the foundation for trust, growth, and deep relational connection, both in coaching and in life.
Withness
The intentional choice to be fully present with others and yourself in the process. It’s about showing up, staying near, and offering support—not to fix, but to walk alongside with care, and presence.
He has chosen me and sent me..., to heal the broken-hearted, to announce release to captives and freedom to those in prison... He has sent me to comfort all who mourn, to give to those who mourn in Zion, joy and gladness instead of grief, a song of praise instead of sorrow. They will be like trees that the Lord himself has planted...They will rebuild cities that have long been in ruins.
Isaiah 61:2-4
